I,m aching, sore, bruised....I was taking my boydog labrador for a run, I was on my pushbike, boofhead was on the lead running beside me on the cycleway, alongside the road.....when boofhead, stops suddenly cathing me totally unaware, but soon to find out, cartwheeling over the handlebars onto the road, upside down with the bike on top of me, boofhead licking my face, obviously very aware that it was his fault.

Fortunately I always wear a bike helmut when I ride, my head hit the road pretty hard.
